NFR Jobs Notification 2017 for 21 Sports Person Vacancies

Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR) is inviting application for the vacancies Sports Person. Interested and Eligible Candidates can apply for the posts.

Job Location: Assam

Educational Qualification:

Candidates who have completed 12th + Sports Person or equivalent from a recognized Institute are Eligible to apply NFR Recruitment 2017

Age Limit: (As on 01.01.2018)

Candidate’s Age Limit Should be Minimum 18 years and maximum 25 years. The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules. Pay Scale:

1. Basketball – Rs. Rs.5200-20200/- Grade Pay Rs.2400-2800/-
2. Cricket – Rs. Rs.5200-20200/- Grade Pay Rs.2400-2800/-
3. Cycling – Rs. Rs.5200-20200/- Grade Pay Rs.2400-2800/-
4. Volleyball – Rs. Rs.5200-20200/- Grade Pay Rs.2400-2800/-
5. Hockey – Rs. Rs.5200-20200/- Grade Pay Rs.1900-2000/-

Selection Process : Candidates will be selected based on Short-listing, Interview

Distribution of Marks
(i) For game skill, physical fitness & Coach’s observations during Trials: 40 Marks
(ii) For assessment of recognized Sports Achievements as per norms: 50 Marks
(iii) Educational Qualification: 05 Marks
(iv) General Intelligence/Personality etc: 05 Marks

Total: 100 Marks

Application Fee:

For General/OBC Candidates Application Fee is – Rs.500/-
For All Other Candidates (ST/SC/Ex-s/PWD) Application Fee is – Rs.250/-
